Colonists not eating anymore?

I just passed year 1 in my game and now none of my colonists are eating anymore? They are all urgently hungry and close to mental breaking at I have 50 simple meals but they aren't eating. Any suggestions?

are the meals in a prison area?
are the pawns carrying 1 or more meals?
if yes to either then this is the cause of the starving. unfortunatly I do not have answers for the second, but the first make sure that the primary food and meal  storage areas for the colonists is a few doors away from the prison

Nothing in the prison and no one is carrying anything.

Can it be that you don't have a warden? Or that the warden priority is lower than other priorities?
Remember in manual mode: 1 is highest, 4 is lowest before off.

I durped on one of my builds and had a few too many Priority 1's on every colonist, then a mental break came and a couple of overly sensitive males were breaking way too easily. Have you tried changing the priorities all to 4 for everything/everyone? Should kick the eating/sleeping mode on.

I have 20 colonists and 4 Wardens, I will try playing with their priorities and see if I have any luck.
