Execution methods

So it was just another random day, my dudes were dealing with enemy survivors left over in the battlefield after their failed raid attempt. I was feeling merciful and thought to try and quickly end their misery and used my handgun on them. My pawn had terrible accuracy and needed a couple of shots and when one did connect, the bullet simply hit a leg or something. So, are there any mods out there that would let me aim? Or at least a "put a bullet in the head" command for downed pawns?

Also, are there any mods out there that give some neat execution methods for prisoners? The vanilla one is just, your pawn touches the prisoner, bam, dead. Some stuff like execution by gun to the head and splatter their brains out, hanging, decapitation, firing squad, poison pill or maybe even forced seppuku would be neat.
