Mod-pack Bug: Construction isn't finished

For some reason when I assign a person to construct - let's say a wall - they move the resources into it and then wander away, seemingly unable to do any work. I've tried to remove a few mods that may affect construction but I've had no success. If anybody has a clue of the problem that would be great. Thanks!

A good way to see what might be wrong is to select the pawn then right click the job and see if there is a message saying why it can't do it.
