You can craft an incendiary launcher. Sometimes you can get molotov cocktails from sapper raids. Only enemies know the secret of setting things ablaze with bare hands.

You can also buy them off traders.

Drag grenades work too although fire is more convenient.

I used to always get molotovs from raiders back in A12 but now I more often get an incendiary first.
