We need multiple planet types! Tidally locked world please?

I enjoy the climate cycle option from the custom scenarios, and for one thing I think worlds in normal playthroughs should have a chance of starting with climate cycle across all tiles of the map. But one thing I would really love to see would be the potential for a tidally locked planet to generate. I feel like it wouldn't be hard to program (but what do I know) as you would have to mainly just freeze the day night cycle and change planet generation (desert on the day side, frozen biomes on the back, small band of forest and other terrain around the middle) I think this would add a lot to the game. Imagine trying to survive on an ice sheet of extreme cold, where it was always winter and night time. Or an extreme desert with the full force of the sun beating down all eternal day? Not to mention, there are many tidally locked worlds in the habitable zones of their stars in the real universe. Please let this be in 1.0!
