It maybe looks like swimming under water.
and I think some skills about swimming will be nice.

I agree.
Swimming should be a new competence, or simply a quality like jogger...something like .. swimmer (quicker when into the water).
Also, have fun in seawater should be considered recreation time, first of all for pawns in love.
And should be annoying when water is too cold, in winter.

But passable water is only shallow water or chest deep water, pawns simply walk through water. Swimming in ocean water could be a thing with a boat mod
