I checked out the trait version of your mod and, you might've figured it out through checking the code, but unfortunately there's a possible cap on the stats. Despite the trait supposingly adding to the movement speed by 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.00 c/s the maximum cap for a colonist is 9,999,999.00 c/s, which is way smaller than what the trait offers. You're gonna need to find a way to allow this trait to avoid such an obstacle. Also, the trait isn't what I hoped it would be: rapidly running around and punching your opponents in rapid succession (Also with increased global work speed). And even though that it's at it's max capacity I noticed that some terrain areas can slow the individual down dramatically, consider giving the trait to grant the user some immunity to terrain speed rates.

Unfortunately I'm a little too tired to think of some more abilities. Perhaps tomorrow would give me some creativity.
