Solar Panels not working after fire

Hi,
yesterday I constructed 2 solar panels and had batteries around them. Something happened and everything burned out. After the fire I cleaned up and rebuilt the solar panels but the whole burned area was in shadows, the sun wouldn't come up anymore in that zone (before the fire it did).

Try and put a no-roof zone over the panels, I think the roof might of autobuilt over the panels when you remade them.
