youre loading mods, one of mine it seems...i see a spasm damage def from my non lethals mod. Delete your modsconfig from c:/users/you/appdata/locallow/ludeonstudios/rimworld/config this will turn off all mods, then try again.

ok this helped mostly but every time i launch the debug opens with some lines. where can i find the debug log? i was using your landmine mod and ended up having to delete the mod because it happened again.

hey, hate to necro this thread but im having a similar issue(cept the game doesnt crash). at the moment, the only mod im testing is all xml, but its big so im wondering if its possible this error is caused by having so many errors in the xml that the binary cant deal?

literally, is RW just saying "i cant even" to me O.o

Open you rimworld folder and find the output log. Errors will be in there.

i havent fixed the problem as yet, but i identified it. i was using a oldish(worked in 9) races def. It looks like the game just looked at that file and hung up because it was different to what it expected. Am pulling apart and putting the file back together now so thatll hopefully fix it :)

Still use that file i mentioned in future. Youll get used to what each error means in time. Happy fixing! :)
