[W|0.7.581] Transfering A Saved Game Error

I play this game on my desktop mostly, but now I copied it to my laptop and tried to play the same map. however it loads up and all my colonist are prisoners in restraints. and when i click prisoners it glitches up a little bit. (the map is on the biggest size but I'm really don't think that could be  a reason but I'm not a programmer lol.)


Attached 2 pictures to show as seeing is easier than trying to tell in most cases.

Original computer it is on is a Desktop, Windows 7 professional 64bit
while my laptop (one that it wont work on) is a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Yes I can play most other maps except this one for some reason.

Can you upload both the world file and save file somewhere and post a download link here?

Also can you give a bit more info about the 2 systems. Are they running the same OS and the same version of that OS? While there shouldn't be any issues caused by different OSes, it'll be better to try and rule those out as well to narrow down the cause of this.
