Starting a title granting ceremony during a party glitches the ceremony

[Latest, both expansions] While my colonists were throwing a party, I initiated a ritual to become a yeoman. This caused the title granting to never proceed, and the title granter died of starvation.

Thanks for the bug report.  This is not possible in vanilla RimWorld in version 1.3.3164, the Bestowing Ceremony is not allowed to start while the recipient is involved in another ceremony.
