Such simple ideas, yet the kind I didn't know I wanted until you made them. They're definitely going in my modlist, thank you!
Someone else will have to look at the technical correctness of these mods, but if I see anything strange I'll let you know.

If we're talking EPOE / EPOE-forked or RBSE, I have no issues with them. Although I don't run custom races or anything fancy.

Canute: there are options to disable some features, if you like a more vanilla style. If I understand you correctly, you want to disable inline augments

edit: Oh I guess you want the replacements on the right side to show on the left side. Reading comprehension is null. Sorry about that



As for added features, I am not interested personally, but I often see if as a requested feature: Right clicking on a body part bring up the relevant and possible "operations" menu, to allow quick and easy operations/part replacement.

I'm currently trying it with a fairly long list of mods. No added races or major mechanic changes though. Absolutely no issues so far and it look great!

You might want to take a look at the work-in-progress mod Persistent Rimworld!

It want to do much much more, but "Visit old maps from previous abandoned colonies. (Dice roll - structures will be degraded by time OR pirates will have settled in and surprise you)" is one of their planned features.

Do you have a non-steam download option?  I got Rimworld direct form Ludeon.  They get more money that way.

The only way I found to simulate this is to assign a different area for every pawn, excluding every other's house/bedroom. Create a new area for each pawn, including only everyone elses bedroom, click invert selection. Assign the guy to this area.
It becomes a pain when you change restrictions often though, but does the job 90% of the time and is great to see in action.
