Here's the thing, fallout of BlackIsle is one of my Favourite games and i always need Fallout project when play RimWorld. But the Project is not enough for me and my friend who was to play this Wonderful game.
they hope i can do something, like extend Project，add the faction：BOS，Enclave, NCR...add more classic things.
I was doing it for days, textures of outfits is big trouble. At first i try to solve it myself, but i was so terrible drawing without soul of artist.
Finally whwt i can do is come here and crying that somebody help!!!:'(
