My name dropped out of the Namepool

Hello everyone, this is my first post here.
And I have instantly a question. I bought the NameTag DLC on steam and activated it quiet a time ago.
And in the next patch, the name "Ralph Loos" was part of the game.
And since the newest update, I guess the name isn´t available anymore.

My question is now, what can I do, that the name is back in the game again or what could have been happend. I didn´t get mail or anything from Rimworld.
