"lend colonist" quests needs rebalance

The quests where you have to lend 1 or more pawns during X days... Sometimes its 1 pawn during 6 days and its ok. Other times is 1 pawn during 30 days and is... Depending... Sometimes it asks for 2 or even 6 pawns (in a colony of 9) and its just a hell no.

Im not sure these quests can be escalated... The only way is to increase the number of pawns or days lent, but 6 pawns for 30 days in a colony of 9, where I really needed the workforce was just a waste and I would say no every time.

Having in mind that RW tends to aim for the player to have 12 pawns, lending 6 is a massive request and usually if you have 12 pawns you have things that need to be done or stuff you are working on and lending those 6 pawns leaves you just waiting for them to return.
