Bugs / 0.9.727 - Prisoner dupe bug

At first, i wasn't sure what was going on, a prisoner wouldn't eat, or move, so i tried to harvest his organs before he died.

I reloaded a previous auto save, and i had these errors
World and save file attached.
This was a world that was corrupted because of the work settings bug.

My first problem was with the priorities, i had 3 out of 4 members of my colony not show up, and the only member just having firefighting
I thought reloading the game might help, but when i did, i only had a black screen with these errors.
