Title: [1.1.2654] colonist dies of blood loss when severity improves to 0.6

Essentially when blood loss condition is extreme and consciousness is max 10% colonist is alive but incapacitated, but once they heal to severe blood loss - 40% consciousness they die.

In this case it appears to be caused by alcohol withdrawal malus appearing after the colonist was downed.
