Mouse cursor freezing on game startup on my windows laptop

Hi Tynan/Ludeon
After updating to version 1.5 on my laptop, when I start the game on steam, the game starts as normal but the mouse cursor is frozen on the screen. Laptop is touchscreen capable but I am using my trackpad.
I did not have this issue on 1.4.
