Caravan won't move on world screen

It says traveling, it draws the path line to the hex I've selected, but they never move.  The caravan isn't carrying too much stuff, nobody is passed out, it isn't surrounded by impassable terrain, it seems it's just stuck.

Run with mods: Core, HugsLib, EdB Prepare Carefully, GHXX Tech Advancing, Better Pathfinding, Less Arbitrary Surgery, RBSE Hardcore Edition, Miniaturisation, A Dog Said..., A Dog Said RBSE Compatibility patch, More Vanilla Turrets, PowerSwitch, Trading Spot, Hunt for Me, DoIT, Mad Skills - Tiered, RePower, Hardcore Armors - Goliath Edition, [A16] Kitchen Counter and other shelves, CaravanSpot, CleaningArea, and Psychology

Things I've tried:
- I thought something had gone wrong with the awful caravan loading process so I settled and reformed the caravan from scratch after unloading everything, no difference.
- I've tried it with and without Better Pathfinding enabled, so that's not it either.
- By unloading, reloading, cancelling, then pulling up the "form caravan" screen I was able to see that some animals had been overloaded even though there was space elsewhere.  Fixing that didn't fix the problem though, the caravan still will not move on the world map.
- Error logs, it was a few MB so I figured I'd delete it and move the caravan again to generate a new less cluttered log for easier reading.  I've included both just in case though.

I'm not sure this is the right place to post, but I do have several mods installed and I saw some of their names in the exceptions listed in the log.  Plus posting in the support forum went nowhere, so... thanks in advance?
