Why does the Glittworld immigration department should allow you to land/crash on Glitterworld ?
They just would order their orbital defence to destroy that space junk.

I've already done that for savage tribes, Corporate Miners, Midworld Military, and Scientists exploring barren worlds.

It wouldn't be that hard. Just have your colonists start with a bunch of high technology and weapons, but think of some other challenge to counter balance the advantages you are giving them.

Like for example, you start with all this technology and goodies but none of your starting people can do any kind of dumb labor because they are spoiled glitter worlders and can't do anything for themselves.
