Game crash frequently to desktop or freeze during Savegame

Hello,

I have been playing the steam version of the game with sevral mods. After a while the game begin to crash back to desktop or sometimes (less frenquently freeze during a savegame) I can load back and keep playing there is not a specific moment in the game when the problem occurs.
I happens when I have a caravan on the road or a camp while using the camp up mod almost of all the time or while I want to get a view of the world map. In my first game I believed the problems was because I added up many more mods during my savegames. In my second colonie I believed the problem came because I play on a 100% generated world so I started again a third colony whith only 50% of the world generated. At first everything seemed fine. I sent caravans I camps without problems but after a while the problem is back I had sompe game freeze during the saving or desktop crash while having people at a camp for ressources.
