Lost Target Box

Somehow I lost the target box for colonists, items, etc.  It worked fine before but had some mod issues and the "no .ext" log in error.  I checked Options but couldn't find anything useful.  Is it a simple issue or do I have to go through my mods again?

It worked before with all the mods ? Then maybe delete the config folder to reset the settings.

But when it stoped working after adding mods, then it is the vault one of the mods.
When you are geting error's on startup anyway, you shouldn't use that mod anyway.
Most error's increase the chance for a critical safegame break later in the game.

Don't forget mod's don't got any quality control like the maingame.
