Right click delete zone

I think that the "delete zone/area" buttons are not only redundant but introduce annoying micro that isnt necessary. Wouldnt it be easier to select the zone tool you want and that you could left click to create zone and right click to delete zone? The same would work for planning tool and any other similar tool.

This is how it works in Prison Architect and tbh I think its much more comfortable to use and reduces a lot the amount of clicks you need to do.
