Wild juvenile animal and wilderness value progression

I would like to see a juvenile animal in the wild. With the rework wilderness system which change their wilderness value to be consistenly with their aged. For example, a newborn animal should be easy to train or tame than juvenile or adult. That's mean newborn animal should have less wilderness for them to be easy to tame or train. The same goes for juvenile animal. For adult animal, I think increasing their wilderness value further for them is acceptable for balancing reason.

Another balance I see fit is to make juvenile or newborn animal in the wild stick with its parent. Their parent should be turn manhunter more easily if we try to hunt or tame their baby.

It may sound evil but we need to kill the bear first to get its cub, right?  :'(

You monster.
It is a good idea though and would give rimworld a more realistic feel.I can just imagine two rats finding each other and taking over a colony with all their babies.
Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.

Sell a pregnant animal to interstellar traders, wait until she spawns on your map as wild and gives birth to wild babies.

You could implement a domestication factor each subsequent generation of animals bred in your colony reduces the wildness factor by say 2%. So you could conduct selective breeding programs making subsequent generations easier to train.
Mods I would recommend:
Mending, Fertile Fields, Smokeleaf Industries and the Giddy Up series.

I see a problem here. Some animals dont want to be domesticated (tamed). Normaly they would attack the "owner" someday.
My english isnt good enough but CGP Grey explained it well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOmjnioNulo (Zebra vs Horses: Animal Domestication 6min, very nice explained)

It would be nice to see animals have babys. But also, it wouldnt matter really. On wintermaps animals leave the map after some time. And normaly you hunt down every peace of meat (i do it... i kill the bear and than i kill his cub... to make bear pants).
Regardless of this, it would be really nice to see babys on the animal side. It would add some deep to the game. But also it would add CPU Load (which i consider, because i have the mod RuntimeGC and it can cut out the family tree of animals to make the game faster).

But perhaps babys could spawn with the herd. Would be nice!

Depends on how hard core you are in the domestication/taming stakes.

Love the video. Very accurate.
I think the reason some wild animal will attack the owner someday because of the shortage of their food or maybe their mating season. Well... If we have mating season in rimworld too, my ranch gonna be like a big pack of manhunting buffalo ready to go lol.

How about including mood for animal too? So they can went berserk from time to time. Domestic animal like cat or dog should have mental break treshold really low. The wild animal like bear or wolf should be really high. Well... but with this, we will have a lot more thing to be headache about.

I have RuntimeGC on too. Really a big help in late game.
