0.18.1704 - Hauling Bug - Prioritized tile construction

This probably isn't new to anyone but me.

When you construct, your pawn gathers the resources, however where it prioritizes (the initial delivery tile) It does not check for additional resources on the delivery tile that it needs, only neighboring tiles.

For example If you make a concrete and power line and standing lamp blueprint on the same tile, only resources for the prioritized construction will be hauled, resulting in 3 trips made for 17 steel. However if you place a single power line adjacent to this tile and prioritize it, you will haul all 18 steel resulting in 1 trip.

This can be done with any type of material and always affects the prioritized tile. This doesn't seem to be intended as neighboring tiles haul for each blueprint.
