[1.3.3069] Cannot start Celebration of Artifice

I have Focus object (Machine Chancel) and date is 1st Aprimay, but the button "Begin celebration of Artifice" shows in red "Disabled: CoA is a date-specific ritual. You'll be able to start it in 59 days.

Expected:
To be actually able to start it on 1st Aprimay.
