well that was the problem. I kinda go into autopilot when I play this in the colony I deleted, just waiting for the next attack.

Uhh i feel your pain man. I don't see any problems with this time proven safe measure, so +1 there. Not sure about idea 2, seems like a lot of file bloating.
Yeah, maybe just idea one. And what really sucked is I had people with a 20 skill level.

Ideas / Prompt when overwriting saved game

Idea 1:Please as soon as possible add a "are you sure you wish to overwrite" whe you accidentally click the wrong save when you are saving a colony. I just lost 24 HOURS of gameplay and this has happened multiple times already. This basically means I can only have 1 world at a time. Idea 2:Also in the saves folder please have a back up place where everytime you save it creates a second version with a slightly different name, so I could go back and get my 24 hours. Please, add this soon.

I tried that. turns out that after a while raiders start dropping superior cloth tshirts, which were wrth like 50$ each and I was getting 50 per attack so I stopped butchering them and cremated instead.

Could you maybe ask the guy who made FixScars permission to integrate his mod? I find that the recipe for synthetic skin is way too expensive and late game. You really need it at the beginning, because that is when production really matters to get a good start.

The deep storage will be very handy for storing 10k steel and 20k wood. (my colonists were bored so I told them to cut down every single tree.) Blame it on the bionics. (ridiculous storage room pic later.)

How about fruit trees? Retexture the fast growing jungle plant and have it so that once its grown you can collect lots and lots of food every 5 days or something.
Also maybe some sort of item comparison screen. Select two items and click a "compare button" and it will tell you al of their stats next to each other for comparison. Very anoying having to remember all the stats.

if someone could make some sort of mechsuit mod where a colonist could wear a mechsuit during battle, that would be really cool. maybe some sort of system where it is powered by draining the amount of energy left in a colonist (food and sleep bars) and shooting its main gun would take out like 10% or something. maybe some sort of smash attack too.
Edit: I could help make it but I would need to learn XML of something. could probably help with editing production table recipes. I learned how to do that by sifting through a mod file for the cook stove.

I played in a tough cassie game for 5 hours, and still no mechanoids. do I have to have a mechanoid hive in the world?
