Games didn't download

When I bought the game I tried to download it on chrome m, and many times it didn't work so I had 2 download tries left. So I tried to use Firefox, The first time I did it many internet cut out and the download stopped, the second time I tried to download it Firefox said it was done, so I go to the rim world folder. When I tried to enter the folder it was empty. So now I have to wait for the next update, or when it gets on steam.

Yep, they can reset your download attempts if you ask nicely. Although you may want to close all other internet using programs while you're downloading if you can't manage a file Rimworld's size, take it from someone with some pretty bad net himself.
