Any mods for healing scars with glittermeds?

I want a mod that will let me heal scars through operations.  I don't want bionics etc.  I just want it so it takes a skilled doctor and good amount of glittermeds to fix a scar.  Any mods that do this?

I know Rah Bionics and Surgery Expansion (RBSE) allows you to do exactly this. I think it's pretty well balanced too. You could just not build the bionics workbench.

I was trying to keep it more vanilla. RBSE changes/adds a good amount of content even if I avoid the bionics workbench.  I was hoping to see something like 5 glittermeds and skilled 10 doctor to heal most scars, while increasing the needs for skills and meds to heal eye/brain scars.  Guess I have to make my own mod but not sure if I can do it yet.
