I use the storage rack mod , stack xxl mod, and build single racks. I make the racks critical and have a normal stockpile nearby. It's time consuming to set up but functions well. The multiple stacks are made when two or more haulers hual the same type of item. They can't reserve the same drop off point so you end up with a bunch of little stacks.

We have an electric passive cooler in my machine shop so I was wondering how hard it would be to make it in game. In real life the cooler is able to drop room temperature by 15 - 20 degrees provided is has a constant supply of water. With this knowledge, vanilla coolers seem a bit over powered.
