Playing on older Alpha with Steam

As A15 is coming out soon, saves might not be compatible. Steam updates my game automatically once the patch is released. Since I want to finish playing my current save until the inevitable end, is there a way to not update Rimworld until I'm ready?

There is!
right click on Rimworld in the library, go to properties and then to Betas, there should be one labelled as the last available update.
