Louis remembers to follow the rules all the time, but not most rules, only the rules of grammar and becomes the worlds largest grammar Nazi to ever prowl the internet. some people even use him to check their school papers before they turn them in as he spends most his life making sure he follows the rules of English and that everyone else does too.
