Raiders getting stronger if you let them go?

What if survivors of previous raids returned stronger. Increased combat stats, better weapons and armor, missing limbs could be replaced with bionic (or maybe even archotech) limbs.

Something like Nemesis system from Shadow of Mordor. Raiders that survived raiding your colony could strengthen next raids in various ways - as they already know the defenses of the colony and what they should expect.
