Mod Request: Genetic and Memory Rewrites

I want to request a mod that will allow me or others to redo colonists characteristics in a game. I've gotten colonists who have forced themselves upon my base without my knowledge of their stats before hand.  I would like if in some way to overhaul them.  Do like they tried to do Arnold Schwarzenegger in Total Recall, you know? Rewrite memories, implant false ones permanently too. Not just randomize them either.  Something like the interface in the Prepare Carefully mod, but it's triggered during through a special cryocasket or something on a certain colonist.

there ya go.  Hasn't been updated to A16 yet i dont think though.
