[A16.1393] Art crafting doesn't build up (work) joy tolerance

Minor bug. As stated in subject. See screenshot. Although pawn Melissa -is- gaining joy from crafting art (because of burning passion) she's not gaining joy tolerance, or it's just not shown in the UI.

It's fine, the joy and tolerance gain is so small it's irrelevant and not shown in the UI.
