(Request) Freezer/Cold-Room

I have a request for a mod, I think it is maybe a really simple idea.

Basically it's a room and in the room you place some kind of unit/technology which turns the room into a cold-room or walk in freezer. You can put bodies &/or meat in here to keep them from decomposing. I guess another way it could be done instead of with an object is by zoning. It could also have some nice freezer floor/wall and even maybe a freezer door. Object for decoration could be for example a hanging piece of meat so it looks as cool as in my imagination.

I could see be this being done with a tile/wall/door that requires power and have to be enclosed, then make it so only this build-able frozen hanger can be built on this tile set and make it require power but not linkit to other items so can only draw from the floor.
