Title: blood filtration

one colonist is with blood filtration in 50%... I bought "kidney: filters and remove wast products from de blood". How do I use this?   :'(

Hi decomg.

If you are asking what blood filtration is good for: it helps your colonist combat infections. (Not sure if also relevant for illnesses.)

If you are asking on how to install a kidney: go to the Health tab of that character and you will have a sub-tab called operations. That is where you can have the kidney installed.
