reserved for other colonist

its nice that colonists are so eager to build things , but I feel that if I tell a guy to start a blueprint,
and then want him to immediately start working on the structure, I shouldn't need to hunt down
the colonist 50 miles away who reserves the privilege of building that structure and change him to
something else haha . Couldn't it be that if I tell the first guy to then start building the structure
it overwrites the 50 mile away colonists plan?
