-270 everywhere

Hi all, I've experienced a bug which I haven't seen reported before. I load an autosave and the entire map has dropped to -270 degrees.

Prior to experiencing this bug I'd built a cooler during a heatwave that behaved strangely - its target temperature was set to -9999 but wasn't drawing any power, and no amount of resetting or changing its target temperature would make it draw power (it was connected and another cooler in my freezer was working fine). This was what made me reload - after the reload it's drawing power (low power, due to the map suddenly being at -270!). Everything on the map instantly dies upon load.

For some reason the latest 3 autosaves all have the same -270 bug, but the earlier 2 do not. I guess this presents an opportunity to figure out what's happened, if it's interesting enough. Rimworld is up-to-date and I don't use any mods. Attached is the output_log.txt
