1.3 Pawn searching for non-existent drink

I have a drug policy that makes a Pawn drink Mead or Honeywine when their mood or recreation is below 50, this is applied to all of my pawns, so when a Pawn hits that threshold they get a drink. Most of my Pawns are almost maxed out on mood and have high recreation but one (Chili) doesn't have either so goes to find a drink, they stand still for 2-4 seconds and then a Tracelog comes up. I have no Mead or Honeywine so the Pawn should go to play Ur or Hoopstone, but if I don't force the Pawn to do a different task they continue to stand still and more tracelogs appear.

A similar Tracelog came up when one of my pawns (Gaca) tried to search for elephant meat that rotted away a few seconds ago to train one of my pet Cobras. I have them on forced fishing in the save attached, while Chili is mining.

I think Rimbees or VE Vikings is causing the issue but when I removed Rimbees the a Tracelog came up. Any help would be appreciated.
