Title: where would I learn to make mods?

so, I want to learn how to create mods for rimworld, I have already taught myself HMTL and CSS, so im capable or learning it. my question is, what do I use to learn? the only comprehensive post on the forum is from 2017 and I assume horridly outdated, so do you guys have anything for me? google also cant get me any up to date help.

Eman On's channel on youtube has a few decent videos on weapons, animals, and textures. Worth a look.

It is a guide on how to make a hair mod. I skip out on the "How to make a hair texture" part since I focused more on the coding. I believe if you can work out a hair mod in .xml, you can work out a weapon or apparel. It's mostly copy pasting and changing values, defnames, labels and descriptions. Hope it helps
