Colonist and Prisoners stuck together.

Hello all, maybe a few of you have experienced this bug. I just got the game for 2 days and this bug has occurred twice today.  Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

No there were no cannibals. If you note, "Vector" is attached to 2 separate colonist. By the way it happens when I try to arrest someone. Side note, visitors to my colony will not leave and eats all my food.

Are you running any mods?
If no, please provide the output_log.txt file found in this folder in Windows: \RimWorld657Win_Data
Could you also provide both the save file, and the world file. You'll need to zip them up so they are small enough to post here.

I was using the central heating mod. I have deleted the save files and started a new colony since I was not very far into the game. The next time it happens I be sure to post the data you requested.
