2 bugs - map generated new in same savegame and called trader doesn't come

Hey guys!

I resumed my savegame, with which i never had any problems. I'm not using any mods and play that one since a17.
So here's the problem:
I updated the game, resumed the savegame and looked at the map: My base is now somewhere out in the ocean (with many other villages/bases). It seems as they fill out all the percentage of the planet, which i set up as I started the game, not only on land, as it should be. So that's a pretty big problem because I can't even launch a capsule so far that i could reach any useful piece of land.

The second problem:
When I call a trader from anyone, I pay the silver, but they won't show up. It might clearly be a "sub-problem" of my base beeing in the ocean (traders don't like water that much as it seems).

It would be great if someone could solve my problem because in the current state, it would just be a useless savegame in which i can't do anything except sitting in my base and jer.... i mean, doing things normal people do.

I too have the exact same problem, hoping its an easy fix
