Food restrictions keep resetting back to Lavish

Anyone else run across this?

It's getting really annoying.

If I do the change in individual health tab it reverts.  But if I do it through the large "assign/restrict" management tab it works.  Weird

I can't reproduce this issue. Seems like it has already been fixed or was caused by mods (in which case, please post your issue in the mod bugs subforum). Thanks for reporting anyways!
