Title: Super cold seed

I want a see thats super cold. I am talking -100 in summer and like lets say -250 in winter i want it brutal

It's not exactly what you're looking for, but you might want to give iame's IceSheet Biome mod (https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=7882.0) a try in addition to a cold seed.

-100 in summer? Colonists will freeze on start (even in Fahrenheit scale)! :D

Unfortunately :P on tundra you can only get to -70F in the winter at lowest. Hopefully we'll get some official ice sheet maps in the future, buy for now mods are the only solution for what you want.
