[MOD REQUEST] Move fill and empty fermenting barrels from Haul to Cook priority

It's slightly frustrating to have fermenting barrels be in the haul priority instead of Cook.

Search for "barrel" and you can change the <workType>Hauling</workType> to whatever you like.
In your case <workType>Cooking</workType>.
