Title: Nutrient Paste Dispenser & Prisoner Sleeping Spot
Post by: emailformygames on November 13, 2013, 02:58:12 AM
Bug:
Colonists will not use the Nutrient Paste Dispenser (NPD) if a prisoner sleeping spot is in the same area

Description:
Prisoner sleeping spots that are not closed off in their own room will prevent NPDs from being used by colonists.  As you can see from the attached screenshots I had prisoner sleeping spots along the right wall of the base, but since that area was not zoned off with a door (marking area as an individual "room") my colonists would not use the NPD (also not zoned with a door) and began to starve.

Notice that the NPD was indeed powered (via the geothermal generator as can be seen in the first screenshot) and that the colony did have food stored (109 food shown in both screenshots).  The problem resolved itself when I put a door in the room on the right.
