Title: [L|0.9.725] can't tell colonists to prioritize smoothing of stone in particular

When you have a structure to be built, you can select a colonist and tell them to "Prioritize working on [that, ASAP]" however, if you have a floor tile to be smoothed, you can't.
There is no menu-thingy popping up.
