Title: Siege pirate spawned dead (but menus are acting like they are alive; not dead)

One of the pirates from a siege spawned dead. They have no injuries (other than a couple of scars).

The health bar under their name shows "dead", and they are lying on the ground as if they were dead, but they are still holding a gun and can be attacked by my colonists.

Pirate's name is Jinawee in the attached save file.

Oh, and after about full in-game day, the other seige pirates still haven't received the drop pods for their mortars and other equipment and are just standing around in the same spot.

They also haven't slept, are starving to death (even though they still have food in their inventories), and some eventually went berserk and attacked eachother.

Cool find! If I remember correctly, this should already be fixed for a11.

well good thing it, at least you wont get pounded by artillery for a while, send a few guys over there to kill them
