Hey guys, just wanted to make a post to christen my account. I've owned rimworld for about a month now, and it's been one of the best games I've played in a long long time. I'm very impressed with how fleshed out this game already feels even being at such an early stage. I've played fully released games that have less content and entertainment than this. I'm very big into indie games, and even though many of them come up short, I believe that these guys getting their ducks in a row and tackling such a large undertaking with such small resources is very commendable. Even for games that end up feeling unfinished, I still can't imagine how much blood, sweat and tears have gone into them, and I'm stoked to see one so promising as this. I usually don't stick with many games for more than a week or two, and there's many games in my library that I don't even remember playing because they just didn't have the individuality to make them stand out. But Rimworld certainly does. So much so that I've joined a game forum for the first time. The only other forum I've been apart of is a motorcycle forum, and it's full of old dudes that don't know how to use computers, so I'll probably make alot of posting mistakes I'll have to apologize for.
But until then, Cheers to everyone involved in creating this game, and the community that's molding it. I hope to leave a small impression in it myself, I'm that captivated with it.
Also, one off topic question, I bought the access that let me add my name to the list of characters, how long does that take to be seen in game?
